Everything about my experience was top notch. The work Josh did was fantastic, and all at a very reasonable price. Josh is very professional and courteous, but for me, what really sets him apart from others (regardless of industry) is his communication. Poor communication is a pet peeve of mine, so I have a somewhat high bar when it comes to my expectations with communication, which Josh met with ease. He let me know when he was on his way, what the gameplan was, timeframe, etc. He also sent me progress photos while performing the work, and was even very honest about telling me that I didn't need a couple particular services that I was curious about. Thank you very much, Josh, and I'll definitely be calling you next time I need any pressure washing services.
